Park Place Special Events Venue is beautifully nestled in a quiet and private countryside in Shafter located just outside of Bakersfield, California. We have a peaceful lake that rests next to the beautifully open garden area and spacious banquet hall. Our signature water fountain in the center of the lake adds to the charm and serenity of our venue. Park Place’s outdoor lawn and garden area overlooking the lake is an ideal location for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. Our banquet hall is very spacious and is surrounded with floor to ceiling glass doors which open up to create a seamless transition from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor reception. The banquet room is a versatile area which has both heating and cooling making it available to be used all year long. So whether you desire an outdoor garden wedding or an indoor wedding, Park Place is the perfect venue for you.

We have plenty of private parking for all of your guests conveniently located right behind our banquet hall. We never book more than one event per day, so you and your guests will be the only people here.
